1. Do you offer discounts for longer stay?
No we don´t.
2. Is there a minimum stay required?
Typically, housing providers require a 3-5 day minimum stay. Anyway all of our furnished apartments have flexible lease terms - One month, three months, one year or more; It´s up to you.
3. How far is the apartments from the zocalo?
FIALLO and XICOTENCATL apartments are only six blocks from the zócalo and near other sites of interest including churches, museums, galleries, markets, currency exchange houses, banks, bars and laundries.
SAN JOSÉ LA NORIA APARTMENT is twelve blocks from main square and it is located in a nice neighborhood.
4. Do apartments have patio?
FIALLO and SAN JOSÉ LA NORIA apartments have a nice patio.
XICOTENCATL apartment doesn´t have patio; anyway it is secure and clean.
5. Do I have my own key for the main gate?
Yes you are. After 23:00 you must lock the main gate.
6. Can a friend stay with me in the apartment?
Usually apartment is for two people and one child; it is ok if a friend comes for 3 days, after 4th day your friend has to pay US$10 per night.
7. Are all utilities included in the rent?
Typically, the utilities are included in the price (water, gas, and electricity) and the apartment comes with all the amenities, including: eating utensils, pots and pans, and dishes; If you need something else, you can ask me about it.
XICOTENCATL and SAN JOSE LA NORIA APARTMENTS have cable TV.
8. Is there a extra fee for utilities?
There is a extra fee (US$29 per month) just for WiFi Internet (high-speed,1.5 Mbps).
9. Do you offer unfurnished apartments or houses?
Yes I do. Sometimes there aren´t pictures of these in www.apartment.galeon.com but You can ask me.
10. Do you have studio apartments?
Now I don´t.
