The apartments are in the Centro Historico, the cultural centre of Oaxaca. Everywhere you look you will find places of interest including arts and crafts, art galleries, museums, book shops, markets, restaurants, and many other interesting and fascinating things to experience.
The apartments are well positioned to take advantage of all Oaxaca has to offer, but they also have some features that you may not find in other, not so well positioned, apartments. Below we list some examples.

1. SECURITY: Apartment blocks have excellent security. The street entrances are via lockable security gates.
2. WiFi INTERNET: We offer, as an optional service, wireless internet at $29 per month. NOW IT´S FREE.
If you don't wish to have internet on in the apartment you can always use one of the internet cafe's close by.
3. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: When you rent an apartment from us we provide you with a comprehensive list (and map) of the services available in the area around the apartment. This includes the following:
4. THE ZOCALO: The world famous main plaza of Oaxaca is a beautiful park surrounded by indoor/outdoor restaurants.
It is the main meeting place for tourists from all parts of the globe.
5. THE MARKETS: For a magnificent cultural experience go shopping (or just wander around) in the Local markets. You can buy everything from clothing, household items, art and crafts through to fresh meat and vegetables.
Many tourist like to try one of the many cheap eateries in the the market.
A trip to the markets is a wonderful and colorful experience that you will always remeber.
The book "1,000 Places to See Before You Die" by Patricia Schultz mentions Oaxaca's Saturday market.
6. RESTAURANTS: There are many restaurants, to suit all tastes and budgets, within a few minutes walk of the apartments.
7. LAUNDRY: There a several full service, low price laundries within minutes of the apartments.
8. SUPERMARKET: Chedraui Supermarket (ne of the largest in Mexico) is within walking distance of the apartment.
9. Banks, Automatic Teller Machines, and Money Exchange.
